  • How can I place an order?
    You can place an order on our website, via our social media or via email. We accept card payments via our website, as well as PayPal or direct Bank Transfer
  • How much is delivery?
    Postal delivery is available throughout the UK from as little as £3. Postage charges are dependant on the weight of your order, which will automatically be calculated at the checkout before you proceed to payment
  • When can I expect my order to arrive?
    All orders are dispatched within 48 hours and are sent by a tracked courier service. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery once your order is dispatched.
  • Can I add to an order placed?
    If you have placed an order online but would like to add additional items, this might be possible providing your order hasn’t already been dispatched. Please contact us with your existing order details and we will be able to look into this for you. If your order has not yet been dispatched, and the additional items are in stock, we can take payment for this and add it to your order
  • Is it secure for me to place an order online?
    Yes, it is extremely safe for you to place an order on our website, or social media and all payment details will be completely safe and secure
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Unfortunately, once you have confirmed your order and completed payment, we are unable to cancel your order
  • What happens if I am not in to receive my order?
    All of our orders are sent with a courier, who will leave you a ‘missed delivery’ card. The courier will also try to leave in a safe and secure location or try your neighbours address. Please don’t worry, our courier will attempt to deliver three times before getting in touch with us
  • What if I receive damaged or broken item?
    We pride ourselves with the highest quality products and we always ensure that plenty of packaging is used to avoid breakages and to protect the products. Unfortunately, there may be a very rare occasion when an item is damaged or broken upon receipt. If you receive an item that is not satisfactory please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. We may ask that photographs of the damaged or broken item is emailed to us to avoid the item having to be sent back to us
  • Do you offer wholesale prices?
    We are strictly retailers, not wholesalers or distributors, so we do not have, nor can we meet, trade prices. We hold everything in stock, and we have speedy delivery services. We are unable to offer extra discounts on what are extremely competitive online prices
